Covering a floor place of 2,300m2, the center is well equipped, with more than 50 large installations, and the total equipment worth more than RMB ¥ 6 million. Of them the imported installations make up 80% in terms of worth.

With a well-known expert as its director, to meet the need for the rapid development of the undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and research, the center is keeping track of and integrating the most advanced experimentation techniques and applying know-how. It is now undertaking 3 provincial, 2 municipal, and a number of university- level scientific research projects.
